TERMS

All first orders are shipped with credit card approval or UPS COD. With valid references and approved credit, terms are Net 30 days from day of shipping.

SHIPPING

All goods are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We will not ship orders via US Mail. All orders incur a $5 handling charge in addition to current UPS charges.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods, with approval. Please call for a Return Authorization number.

MINIMUM ORDER

Opening orders are $150.00. Reorders are $100.00.

BACKORDERS

Any goods temporarily out of stock totaling $50 or more will be placed on backorder and shipped when they are complete, unless we are instructed otherwise. Anything under $50.00 will be automatically cancelled.
